Do you want to join a dynamic team working for a profitable ASX listed business? High profile and committed to excellence, there is now an exciting role available for a marketing assistant. This entry level role will give you the opportunity to develop and hone your marketing skills.

Your role will be to support the marketing team’s activities and will involve developing relationships with company directors and secretaries as clients. You will provide support to prepare and co-ordinate the delivery of proposals, reports and road show presentations. Manage a diverse range of phone calls and emails from management and clients. Processing information and implement strategies accurately and quickly. Building rapport and establish relationships with management and clients.

To be successful in this role, you will be financially literate and possess excellent communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate the capacity to deal with senior management and be able to manage deadlines. A true passion for providing personalised and exceptional client service. A history of high achievement and a reliable and adaptable work ethic. You will know how to deal with high confidentiality requirements and work with stakeholders that are geographically dispersed. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow. Previous exposure to the securities industry would be advantageous.
